Katie Peterson is a graduate of both our part-time Intro to Web Development course and our full-time iOS Bootcamp in Vancouver! She's taken the time to write about her experience with Lighthouse Labs taking her from Engineer to a new career as an iOS Developer in Calgary.

We asked some of our students about their final projects and Demo Day experience. But we'll let them tell you about it.
With our iOS bootcamp, we were blazing a trail as the first iOS developer bootcamp in Canada, so we weren’t sure who our students would be. I don’t think any of us could have anticipated the incredible range of backgrounds that our iOS students came in with, and the amazing careers they’ve gone on to since graduating. Just 6 months after launching, our graduates are working some of the coolest (and most diverse) jobs in development!
At last Friday's Demo Day, not only did we graduate a sweet new group of incredible new Jr. Developers, but we also celebrated the first iOS bootcamp graduates in Canada.
